Sierra Pascale has been training at Pure Movement Dance since the age of four, and dance has been a constant and meaningful part of her life ever since. After eight years of competitive dance, Sierra graduated in 2026 with a deep love for the art and a passion for sharing that love with others.

Sierra has been teaching dance for the past three years and currently teaches preschool classes, where she especially enjoys watching young dancers discover the joy and excitement of movement. She also works behind the front desk and can almost always be found around the studio—which has truly become her second home.

Teaching dance has been a dream of Sierra’s for as long as she can remember. She is incredibly grateful to be part of a studio that has supported her throughout her dance journey and given her the opportunity to pursue that dream. Sierra hopes to create the same positive, encouraging, and inspiring experience for her students that dance and her studio have given her.

For Sierra, dance is so much more than learning steps—it’s about building confidence, making memories, forming friendships, and creating a lifelong love for dance. She feels incredibly lucky to share her passion with the next generation of dancers and looks forward to helping each of her students grow both in and out of the studio.
