Bailey Blanco is a professional dancer, aerialist, and dance educator with a passion for performance, creativity, and inspiring others through movement. Bailey’s professional dance journey began in California, where she was signed with Go
2 Talent Agency as a dancer and aerialist. She later expanded her training and performance experience internationally, living in Germany while preparing for a professional entertainment opportunity. These experiences allowed Bailey to continue
developing her versatility as a performer and grow as an artist.
After returning home to the DFW area, Bailey continued pursuing her professional dance career with the Frisco Fighters Bombshells, performing during the 2020, 2021, and 2023 seasons. During her time with the organization, she served as Dance Captain/Co-Captain and contributed as the team’s Social Media Content Creator in 2022, combining her passion for dance with creativity, storytelling, and team promotion.

In 2024, Bailey joined the USA Cheerleaders, performing at events and appearances that honor America’s heroes, veterans, first responders, and military families. Bailey has remained deeply connected to her roots in dance as the Studio Manager and Dance Teacher at Pure Movement Dance in Allen, Texas, the studio where she grew up training. She enjoys teaching the next generation of dancers, as well as leading their Aerial Arts Program.

Throughout her career, Bailey has been passionate about the impact dance can have in building confidence, creativity, and connection. Whether performing on stage, teaching in the studio, or inspiring the next generation of dancers, she strives to share her love for the art of dance both on and off the field.

Outside of dance, Bailey married her husband in October 2025, and they are excitedly preparing to welcome their first child, a baby boy, in October.
