The following two years, Emily continued working with the Dallas Desperados Dancers, choreographing for not only the team, but also the Youth Dance Team, the Young Gunz. She then began her five-year course with Dallas’ own, Chris & Candy Productions. With this prestigious production company, she once again toured the country five times over, this time as a performer. She was honored to be chosen to choreograph the opening and closing ceremonies of The North American Body Painting Championships in Las Vegas and in Dallas. Emily was also hand-selected to dance in Carrie Underwood’s music video, Cowboy Casanova, which went on to win CMA’s coveted Video of the Year.

She had the honor and privilege of Directing and Choreographing for the Dallas Vigilantes Dancers, the Texas Revolution Dancers, and the Dallas Sidekicks Dancers. Local Universities and High Schools actively seek out Emily for choreography and instruction.

In early 2013, Emily alongside her college best friend Dusty, opened the doors to their dream come true, Pure Movement Dance and Fitness. They look forward to continue opening doors, and breaking the boundaries of what is typical in this dance and fitness industry. Emily lives in Allen, TX where she is happily married to her husband, Billy, and is the proud mama to two very handsome boys, Corbin and Davin.
