My name is Dina Scott. I was born and raised in Los Angeles California. I have been in Dallas for a long time now Fitness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up in a household where my parents worked out every day. My Dad was a dentist so at a very early age I was made aware of the importance of “You are what you eat”. That was beginning of my interest in the fitness industry. I have been a participant in group fitness classes and have had personal training. Having so many positive experiences led me to become a Life Coach, Personal Trainer, and then finally a Group Fitness Instructor. I have a no nonsense approach to fitness and getting the job done. I have experience in most of the exercise formats of the past and present. I motivate people with my high energy. I love challenging people to change physically and mentally. I believe exercise needs to be fun and different. Whether I am working one on one or with a group, I try to accomplish that. I can plan workouts for all ages and abilities. I have all Zumba certifications, Certified Personal Trainer, Kick Boxing, The Cooper Clinic Group Fitness Instructor, CPR and the latest fitness craze, Cardio Drumming.
